Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we do ship internationally. We provide free shipping for all orders above £30. On orders less than £30, a shipping charge of ___ will be applicable.
How can i track my order?
You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is click on the link and track the journey of your order in real-time!
Do we made Children outfits?
Yes, we provide customized Children outfit for any occasions as per customer taste and preference.
Can i change/cancel or update my order?
If you have placed an order with us and you want to cancel it, inform us within 24 hours of the order placed via email or WhatsApp.
Please Note: Once the order is shipped, we don’t make any cancellations.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We assure the safety of your order at Loukiya, but if you receive a damaged or tampered goods, please send us a photo of the garment along with your order number, and we will walk you through the following steps.
How long will it take to receive the order?
The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 2 to 3 business days to dispatch orders within the UK, 5 to 9 working days to dispatch orders in Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia and 9 to 15 business days to deliver in Asia and the Middle East.
Loukiya’s wedding couture is made-to-measure and takes 2-6 Months for production and dispatch, depending on the design and style of the garment.
We also offer Next-Day Delivery for our customers but charges may vary depending on the location.

What to do if the product requires alterations
We don’t provide any stitching or alterations service. Our services includes made-to-measure, in which we tailor the outfit of your choice to your preferences.

How to order customize outfit?
- Pick a design and a material that you like. Please let us know if you have any other patterns or colours in mind, and we will try our best to match them.
- Send us your preferences using our contact form to begin the ordering process.
- Our team will send you a measuring chart to fill out and notify you of the order’s pricing.
- Once we get your exact measurements and final payment, your order will be processed. At our store, we showcase samples of our designs and materials, and can also assist you with the necessary measurements if needed.

Do you have a shop?
Yes, we certainly do! We have a new showroom at West Street in Surrey. All of our Exclusive coutures are available in our store. Our showroom is where we have all of our business meetings and client interaction. You may get a better understanding of our ideas and designs, by visiting our Showroom.
All of the meetings take place in private between the parties, so you can get a sense of what Loukiya is all about.
