RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please take the time to learn about Loukiya’s manufacturing process before returning a product. Our products are 98% to 100% accurate.

The majority of our garments and jewelries are manufactured in India by traditional artisans, each one is distinctive and somewhat different from another. Our items undergo a quality and colour check. Sometimes due to your device's contrast, the fabrics, colour, threads, and other studs may differ slightly.

Natural jewels and pearls are not always the same. Loukiya will make every effort to ensure that the items it delivers are free from defects. Any item purchased on our website is not returnable unless the product arrives damaged or has quality defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall have the Loukiya tag attached to them and must be delivered in a proper state.

EASY STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN

  1. Please notify us within seven days after receiving your purchase.

  2. You must email us a snapshot of the damaged/incorrect product before we can arrange for it to be returned to us; after that, it is up to the Loukiya team’s prerogative to decide if the goods is authorized for return.

  3. After we get your e-mail and our staff approves the return for the damaged/incorrect item, you must arrange for the product’s delivery.

  4. We will ship the fresh/correct item after we get the damaged/incorrect product.

  5. Only if previously agreed upon, will a shipping refund be given upon receipt of the goods

We are not liable for any packages being lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any returns that were not reported to us initially.

EXCHANGE

Loukiya does offer exchanges for reasons such as colour mismatch, change of mind, or size exchange. Kindly note that all of our items are subjected to quality check before shipment.

REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

  1. Packages that are misplaced throughout the delivery process.

  2. Items that are damaged or defective

  3. Any agreed-upon return will be made exclusively through the original payment method

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. An incorrect or out-of-date delivery address, such as an inaccurate postal address in any form.

  2. Shipping takes place only to the given address provided by you. Changes or incorrect addresses should be reported within 24 hours.

    We do not issue any cancellations after the purchase has been dispatched. Please double-check all of your data for accuracy.

  3. After our respective courier agent has failed to deliver three times.

  4. The receiver has rejected the package.

  5. Items that have been used or are worn.

  6. Sales items are non Refundable

  7. Minor differences in colours and textures.

    All of our items are handcrafted with quality fabric and natural stones, and hence a slight difference on the colour can occur.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for Jewelleries or Kanchipuram SAREES once they have shipped unless there is a manufacturing issue.

If you receive an item from us that is not in good shape, is broken or faulty, kindly contact us at contact@loukiya.comwithin 24 hours of receiving the order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Order:

UK

  • For UK the standard delivery allows 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch of your order. Kindly contact us if you have not received your order after 7 working days. (Excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays).

  • We will make every effort to meet these deadlines, but we cannot be held liable for third-party delays, such as those caused by adverse conditions.
    Next-day delivery is also possible within the UK.

EUROPE

  • For Europe the standard delivery allows 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch of your order. Kindly contact us if you have not received your order after 15 working days. (Excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays).

  • We will make every effort to meet these deadlines, but we cannot be held liable for third-party delays, such as those caused by adverse conditions.

International Order:
CANADA, USA & ASIA

  • For Canada, USA, & Asia the standard delivery allows 7- 12 working days from the date of dispatch of your order. Kindly contact us if you have not received your order after 15 working days.

  • We will make every effort to meet these deadlines, but we cannot be held liable for third-party delays, such as those caused by adverse conditions.

International Special Delivery:
We are partnered with top class shipping companies like FEDEX, UPS and DHL to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. If the size of the merchandise order is high, we can even make specific quotes for shipment on request. Delivery time: 1 to 3 days

If your item is in stock and the order does not include any ‘back-order’ products, you can click and collect within 48 hours. Items will be kept for 14 working days from the date of order, and if they are not picked up, a refund will be issued, minus a 5% processing charge.

Free click-and-collect: Items will kept for 14 days till departure.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Please be aware that VAT, tariffs, and taxes will be charged following your country’s rules and must be paid by the customer.
The transportation firm will bill you individually for these expenses at the time of delivery.
The cost of shipping is determined by the shipment destination and the weight of your package.
Shipping costs are calculated depending on package weight, customs clearance, and a variety of other considerations.
We are unable to provide an estimate of the duty amount.

SHIPMENT AND TRACKING

We will inform you by an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier. Once you receive the email confirmation, you will be able to track the status of your delivery.
This information will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery.
Tracking numbers for order shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order cut-off periods are offered primarily as a suggestion and do not account for payment authorization delays. Estimated delivery timeframes begin from the date of shipping and are solely intended as a reference.
We are not liable for any delays resulting from natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
At the moment, each order may only be delivered to a single address. You’ll need to place additional orders if you want to ship things to various addresses.
We strive to deliver each item in your purchase within 7 working days of receiving it, excluding processing time. However, in rare situations, we may need to make or purchase the item before we can send the order.

Back Orders
Orders containing out-of-stock products that can be ‘back-ordered’ will take weeks to arrive from the time they are placed. Stock items will be shipped out right away.
