Terms for Electronic Vouchers
Once you purchase a voucher, you will receive an email to confirm your voucher purchase. The recipient will receive a second email with the Gift Voucher Code which can be used at any Loukiya purchase.
The Gift voucher can be presented at the checkout point via print or phone while doing in-store shopping. You can also redeem the code at the payment gateway during online shopping.
The total value of your gift voucher purchase will be debited from your card at time of purchase.
All successful online transactions are confirmed to the purchaser by email. Each purchase is given a unique transaction reference. Please use this reference if you need to communicate with Loukiya regarding any purchase.
The use of voucher(s) to purchase anything across the Store or Online is subject to availability.
Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
Vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be resold.
Terms for Postal Vouchers
Only one mailing address can be selected per transaction.
Any vouchers issued over the weekend will not be viable for next day delivery due to post office opening and closing hours.
